Description

Y'know, Dr Chaotic was supposed to just be a one-shot character for that one comic. But since I got people saying "wow! I love this guys!", I've been getting more ideas, and now I think he might just be the most well-developed character in the Rick and Rooster universe. If I make a Rick and Rooster short in uni, Dr Chaotic will be the villian.
