I feel like I've come a long way since I moved to Bristol. Definitely knocked off some of the things on the "things adults do" off the list, racked up personal goals vis-a-vis animation, made a bunch of awesome friends, and came within a hair's breadth of building a full life here with Alexx. I'm gonna miss that city and everyone in it.
But I shouldn't be away forever. Bristol was the city me n Alexx came to where - and I hate to be pretentious but it feels true - we kinda found ourselves, as well as finding each other. We laid foundations there for life together, and the long term goal would be to have us both back there to use those foundations. But who knows - maybe Halifax'll have the same or a similar impact on us.
