The Confrontation [S3 spoiler]

So, I just got back from a Bristol Bronies Meet, where we watched the new episode on a big screen via livestream.

_{Nitpick time: Comedically, it was a very fun episode, had some great moments with every one of the mane six. Technical animation/production-wise, it was absolutely great - can't fault it at all. Story-wise... well, I'm a little disappointed that King Sombra got so little development. We don't know really who the hell he is, and he went down pretty damn easily. I can understand why they did it though. The episode wasn't about him, it was about Twilight and the way she responds to each of the challenges along the way. There wasn't enough time in two episodes to give her the development they wanted to show AND develop Sombra.}

But other than that, a great opening to the new season.

EDIT: Ok, having rewatched the episode, he actually does talk more than I remember from the first time around. Not much, but a bit more than the grunting in this comic...
