Chaotic Expectations

Probably the first time I've drawn Dr C outside of his usual costume and posted it anywhere! Check out the rest of the Doctor Chaotic stuff here! Being a supervillain for a living is one of those things that makes you wonder about your parents' expectations for you growing up, but that's less of a problem if those expectations were already at zero.
